The Florida room has sliders to lanai and living room, and windows on the other walls. It has ceiling fan and air-conditioning with views over the pool and canal. This sunny room is ideal for morning coffee or dinner. As well as the dining table and 6 chairs there is a comfortable recliner and ottoman for peaceful reading with phone jack for laptop connection. |

Master Bedroom
has a king size bed with quality pillow-top mattress.
Large dresser with mirror. Cordless phone, cable TV and walk-in closet. Sliding doors to private screened patio with sun loungers. Views of lawn and canal, access to pool. |

The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass blocks
and marble tile trim. The master bedroom and ensuite are at the opposite end of the house to the guest bedrooms, making the house ideal for families or for two couples to share. |

Slider to lanai and windows on two sides with view to
dock and canal. Like all the rooms it has ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

guest bathroom between the guest bedrooms has a bath with over bath shower.
Custom maple vanity unit with stainless steel trim. The separate utility room has large front loading washer and tumble dryer as well as laundry sink and room for storage. Double garage. |
